One Meal. The Rest of Your Life.

We're all about scenario-based questions in the Hunch Free office. And we're also all about food. And talking about food. And talking about how we love to talk about food.

So this question we asked ourselves, "If you could only have one type of meal for the rest of your life — and HAD to pick RIGHT THIS SECOND — what would it be and why?"

Here's what a few members of our staff came up with:

Where Does the Hunch Free Staff Gets Its Industry News?

Happy weekend, loyal Hunch Free follower. How's your Saturday treatin' ya?

We're enjoying ourselves, soaking up new content, obsessing over our Pinterest accounts and wondering what craft beer we'll drink this evening.

Whether we're hard at work in the office or lounging on our couches at home, one thing is certain: We love industry news.

We're geeks. We get it.

This video profiles where some of the staff goes to get their news. Check it out and make sure to COMMENT and let us know where YOU get YOUR news.

Are You Still Buzzin' From TEDxDetroit?

The Hunch Free staff attended TEDxDetroit on Wednesday, our first team conference since Future Midwest at Eastern Market in March.

For those who don't know, TEDxDetroit stands for Technology, Entertainment and Design, which the conference says are "three broad subject areas shaping our future." Leading up to the event, potential attendees must "apply" for entry, proving their digital presence and creative mindset through application.

Detroit is a perfect destination for the event because the city is filled with individuals who have big brains and creative attitudes to help the "dying city" rise from underground. Sometimes we simply need a venue to gain that confidence, come together as one and act.

The event featured more than 30 speakers and performers, such as Josh Linkner of Detroit Venture Partners and founder of ePrize, Rob Bliss of Status Creative (who created the Grand Rapids lip dub) and the staff's favorite Bobby Smith of En Garde Detroit.

Not only did speeches focus on strengthening Detroit, but they also fueled the fire inside every attendee's mind to strive to do something great. It doesn't have to be a multi-million dollar idea like Julie Aigner-Clark's Baby Einstein. We all have that one idea in the back of our minds that we've wanted to execute, but thought to ourselves, "I don't have the time. I don't have the resources. I don't have the money."

TEDxDetroit pushes you in the mental direction, "Let down those barriers. Don't let the negatives or potential financial woes get in your way of executing your dream."

Overall, it felt great to be a part of such a powerful event.

If walking around with a nametag equipped with QR code and Twitter handle wasn't cool enough, we even got to have fun in the photobooth as a team.

Conferences like TEDxDetroit allow us to stop thinking about failure or what other people might think of our ideas and hard work. Do what you believe will inspire the world. Be intuitive and trust yourself. When you do that, great things can happen.
