Hell-to-the-yeah we do. It’s one of our points of pride, although you won’t find any employee manual on “How to be a Hunch Free’er.” We believe in letting our team members be who they are, rather than force feeding them corporate talking points. We understand the power of diversity, and strengthen our culture with our team members collective unique backgrounds.
