Comcast Business Class Direct Mail

Client: Comcast Business Class

Project: Medical Direct Mail

Goal: Create a targeted B2B direct mail strategy for the Michigan Region that focused on the medical and healthcare industry.

Strategy: After intense research (secondary data and internal focus group testing), we developed compelling and insightful sales pieces that best matched Comcast Business Class benefits with the specific industry. Our benchmarks – clean, persuasive design and relatable, authentic copy.

Results: A trial test of the direct mail dropped in December 2009 and the response rate increased drastically.

The rest of the medical direct mail, along with four other verticals we’re producing, will drop throughout the entire North Central Division during Summer 2010.
